Jesse Metcalfe's Botox regret: Uneven eyebrows!

Jesse Metcalfe, who has maintained a youthful appearance since his Desperate Housewives days, revealed a past negative experience with Botox. He admitted to having the procedure once, but disliked the resulting uneven eyebrows and vowed never to repeat it.

Metcalfe expressed a preference for non-invasive procedures to preserve skin elasticity, stating he has no desire for surgical interventions. He also discussed the paradoxical disadvantage of looking younger than his 47 years in Hollywood, as it limits him from being cast in fatherly or more mature roles.

Conversely, his youthful demeanor has benefited his career in the beauty industry, particularly with the launch of his skincare line, NUTRL Skin, in April 2025. The brand, which he co-founded, is described as clean, gender-neutral, and focuses on hydration and anti-aging properties.

Metcalfe's interest in skincare originated in his childhood due to acne issues. His mother's guidance and regular esthetician visits introduced him to effective topicals, which influenced the development of his own product line.
