In the upcoming second season of Apple TV's 'The Last Thing He Told Me', longtime friends and co-stars Jennifer Garner and Judy Greer are teaming up once again. The new season, set to debut in February 2026, picks up when Garner's character Hannah's husband Owen (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau) shows up after five years on the run.
Hannah and her stepdaughter Bailey now find themselves in a race to figure out how to reunite their family before the past catches up to them. First-look images from the season show a tense Garner overlooking a river in Paris, as well as a romantic moment between Hannah and Owen on a balcony, hinting at the drama and intrigue to come.
Greer, who previously co-starred with Garner in the 2004 romantic comedy '13 Going on 30', is also set to appear in the new season, though it's unclear what role her character Lucy will play. The series, based on Laura Dave's 2021 bestseller, was initially conceived as a limited series, but the author has since written a sequel, 'The First Time I Saw Him', which will be released ahead of the second season's debut.
