WWE Hall of Famer John Bradshaw Layfield (JBL) believes Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide (AAA) is currently the hottest program in the world, highlighting its incredible characters and passionate fanbase. He lauded Jeremy Borash and Undertaker for their significant contributions to building the promotion into a powerhouse.
JBL drew parallels between AAA's recent Mask vs. Mask match, featuring El Grande Americano and Original El Grande Americano, and iconic bouts he's witnessed. He described the match as a display of a "different art form," comparable to legendary encounters like Shawn Michaels vs. The Undertaker at WrestleMania 25.
The recent reformation of the group Los Perros del Mal, featuring Daga, Angel, Berto, Bronco Nima, and Karmen Petrovic, has also impressed JBL. He sees this as an exciting new chapter for AAA and a strong continuation of the momentum following the Mask vs. Mask event.
