Jawbreaker Musical Extension: Flawless Four Return!

The popular stage musical adaptation of the 1999 cult film "Jawbreaker" has announced an extension for its Los Angeles workshop. This decision comes after significant audience demand, prompting the production to offer three additional performances. These extra shows are scheduled to take place the weekend of September 25-27 at the Hudson Theatre.

For the extended run, Lori Alan, recognized for her roles in "The Pee-Wee Herman Show" and "Spongebob Squarepants," will portray Principal Sherwood. Alan's participation marks a return to the Hudson Theatre, where she previously originated a role in the musical "Reefer Madness." The musical features a book written by Darren Stein, who also directed the original film and this stage adaptation. Original music is by Jeff Thomson, with lyrics by Jordan Mann. Jay Jackson handles choreography, and Matt DiCarlo serves as director. Knot Free Productions is producing the workshop.
