Comedian Jason Manford has bid farewell to his long-running Sunday morning show on Absolute Radio, concluding an eight-year tenure. He announced his departure via a statement on Instagram, reflecting on nearly 400 episodes of "absolute nonsense" and laughter shared with listeners and co-host Steve Edge. The show consistently drew a substantial audience, with over 800,000 listeners tuning in weekly, making it a standout program for the station.

Manford expressed gratitude to his listeners for inviting the show into their lives each Sunday, highlighting the camaraderie and shared experiences, including the "silly jingles" and "ridiculous games." He also gave a special mention to comedian Sarah Millican for her frequent appearances. The comedian hinted at future projects, suggesting "more Nonsequence" might be coming in 2026.
