Music icon Janet Jackson has entered into a significant administration deal with Believe Music Publishing. This agreement places her entire music catalog under the purview of the French music entity, a move announced on March 19, 2026. Jackson's impressive career includes over 180 million records sold globally and a remarkable five-decade presence on the Billboard Hot 100.
Her catalog features 11 studio albums, with seven reaching No. 1 on the Billboard 200, and 10 singles hitting No. 1 on the Hot 100. Jackson's first Hot 100 appearance was in 1986. The artist was also honored with the Icon Award at the American Music Awards in May 2025 and has received five Grammy Awards throughout her career.
Believe Music Publishing, which launched its publishing arm in October 2023, expressed excitement about adding Jackson's influential work to its roster. The company's publishing division also represents artists such as Djo and Eli & Fur.
