The film's appeal extends globally, with its worldwide gross collection climbing to an impressive Rs 171.84 crore, bolstered by an additional Rs 20 crore gross from overseas on Saturday.
The film's narrative features Vijay as Vetri Kondan, a determined former police officer training his foster daughter. The supporting cast includes Mamitha Baiju and Bobby Deol as the antagonist. The movie was screened across 12,299 shows on Saturday, with the Tamil version leading collections and occupancy rates.
