Jamie Lee Curtis Confirms The Bear is Ending
5 Mar
Summary
- Jamie Lee Curtis states the show is officially ending.
- Curtis' comments follow a vague social media post in February.
- Show creator and co-showrunner have not officially commented.

Jamie Lee Curtis has asserted that the popular culinary dramedy will conclude, stating that "everybody's confirmed the show is ending." Her comments come after a mid-February social media post from the actress led to fan speculation about the show's future. Curtis expressed her belief that the decision for the upcoming fifth season to be the last has been made.
However, official representatives for the series have not yet confirmed this. While Curtis's February 17th Instagram post celebrated wrapping her final scene and completing the story, she humorously added that she might have "completely blown it" if the show is not, in fact, ending. Series creator Chris Storer and co-showrunners have remained silent on the fate of the FX hit.
Despite Curtis's insistence, the show's creator and co-showrunners have not officially commented on the show's future. The protagonist's decision to leave the restaurant at the end of the previous season suggests significant changes ahead for the series. Neither Storer, Jeremy Allen White, nor Joanna Calo have addressed the show's overall status.
