Jai Ho Media Acquires Exclusive Worldwide Rights to Sajid Khan's '100%'

On November 7, 2025, a public notice confirmed that Jai Ho Media LLP has acquired the exclusive, perpetual, and worldwide rights to the upcoming Hindi film '100%'. The film, directed by Sajid Khan and written by Aakash Kaushik, Madhur Sharma, and Rohan Shankar, stars John Abraham and Riteish Deshmukh in the lead roles.

The acquisition grants Jai Ho Media LLP ownership over all intellectual property rights and underlying works related to '100%'. This includes the right to make sequels, remakes, spin-offs, or any other derivative projects based on the film. The deal also covers linear broadcast rights for TV, satellite, cable, and digital streaming, as well as non-linear video-on-demand rights.

Beyond screen exhibition, Jai Ho Media LLP now holds transport and commercial rights for air, ship, railways, and hotels, as well as music, dubbing, and subtitling rights across all global languages. The company has essentially secured complete control over every possible mode of distribution and exploitation of '100%' worldwide.

The formal declaration reinforces Jai Ho Media LLP's legal position ahead of the film's release and eliminates any potential disputes surrounding ownership or revenue sharing. With this acquisition, the studio now fully controls the commercial, creative, and digital exploitation of '100%' globally.
