Jacob Elordi recently shared insights into the challenging filming of his character Nate's death scene in the final season of Euphoria. The actor appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, reuniting with co-star Colman Domingo, who was guest-hosting.
Elordi described the process as torturous, enduring six weeks of physical beatings for the role. He detailed being locked inside a coffin for two consecutive days. During this time, he wore prosthetics and a fake tongue, rendering him unable to see.
Adding to the gruesome nature of the scene, series creator Sam Levinson introduced snakes into the coffin. Elordi found the snakes to be docile and sleepy, noting they did not exhibit threatening behavior as intended for the scene.
