Original Jackson 5 members Marlon and Jackie Jackson have announced a series of UK concerts scheduled for November. The "Jackson 5 Live In Concert" tour will kick off in Manchester on November 6th and conclude in London on November 13th, with additional dates in Cardiff and Wolverhampton.
Fans can expect to hear classic hits from the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductees. The tour's timing coincides with a surge in The Jacksons' music popularity, reportedly driven by the recent blockbuster Michael biopic. Global streaming figures for the group's songs have seen an increase of over 163%, with tracks like "I Want You Back" and "Blame It on the Boogie" leading the resurgence.
Funk and disco band Heatwave, known for hits like "Boogie Nights," will provide support for all dates. The live shows will also feature performers who have previously portrayed Michael Jackson, including Mitchell Zhangazha from "MJ The Musical" and Haydon Eshun from the West End's "Thriller" show.
