Jackie Shroff Revisits Bollywood's Beginnings

Actor Jackie Shroff recently revisited a significant location from his past: the office of filmmaker Subhash Ghai. This office, now renamed Pooja, holds special meaning as it is where Shroff signed his debut film, 'Hero'. The actor shared his feelings on social media, expressing gratitude for his foundational years in the film industry.

'Hero,' released in 1983, marked a significant milestone for both Shroff and co-star Meenakshi Seshadri. Directed by Subhash Ghai, the film achieved substantial commercial success, becoming one of the year's highest-grossing movies. Its music, composed by Laxmikant-Pyarelal, garnered widespread popularity, producing enduring hits.
