Radio Star's Shock Cancer Scare: Leukaemia Fear

Jackie 'O' Henderson recently disclosed a significant health scare where doctors suspected leukaemia. This concern arose approximately eight months ago following blood tests that revealed abnormal markers. The radio host admitted to keeping this news private due to nervousness and underwent a bone marrow biopsy for further investigation.

While the biopsy came back clear, doctors could not identify the cause of her elevated white blood cell counts. Henderson shared that she has since been given an all-clear regarding cancer. She is now preparing for a colonoscopy, which she described as a "triple measure" to ensure her health.

Henderson's decision to discuss her health publicly was influenced by her apprehension about the colonoscopy's preparation. She detailed the intense effects of the cleansing process and the potential disruptions it could cause. This follows previous health disclosures, including a past battle with substance dependence and a 2023 hospital visit for a suspected heart attack.
