Kyle Sandilands Blindsided by Jackie O's Claims

These complaints included Sandilands' remarks about Henderson's personal life and dating during live broadcasts. Henderson specifically cited an incident on August 20, 2025, where Sandilands allegedly attacked her personal and dating life.

Despite these complaints, a source close to Sandilands stated he was not officially informed of Henderson's difficulties working with him. He reportedly only learned about the extent of her grievances through her statement of claim in the Federal Court.

Henderson's legal action against ARN Media, the owner of KIIS FM, centers on the termination of her $100 million contract. She is seeking compensation of at least $82.25 million, arguing her contract was terminated unlawfully after she requested a safe work environment.

The couple's professional relationship ultimately collapsed on February 20, 2026, during their final broadcast. Sandilands' comments about Henderson's 'fixation' on astrology led to her leaving the studio in tears, escalating the dispute.

Henderson's legal team formally notified the broadcaster of Sandilands' alleged 'bullying' in a letter on February 26, 2026, asserting the company failed to provide a safe workspace. ARN Media's response on March 3, 2026, equated Henderson's complaint to a termination of her contract, a claim she disputes.

Sandilands is also pursuing separate legal action against ARN, asserting that any behavior leading to his dismissal was encouraged by his employer and should not constitute serious misconduct.
