Sutapa Sikdar remembers Irrfan on anniversary with heartfelt note

Sutapa Sikdar recently commemorated her wedding anniversary with a touching tribute to her late husband, actor Irrfan. She shared a video on social media, reminiscing about their wedding on February 23, a date chosen to coincide with her birthday as Irrfan often forgot anniversaries. They had a simple wedding in 1995 and planned to renew their vows with a grand celebration after completing 25 years together.

However, fate had other plans, and they never got to remarry with full rituals. Sutapa also drew a spiritual connection to the holy month of Ramadan, humorously imagining Irrfan observing fasts in the afterlife. To mark their special day, she traveled to Irrfan's hometown, Tonk, celebrating their anniversary there and reflecting on their enduring love.
