Insidious Popcorn Bucket Sparks Star Wars Memes

A unique popcorn bucket designed for the upcoming horror movie Insidious: Out Of The Further is generating significant online buzz. This collectible item, featuring the franchise's iconic Lipstick-Face Demon, has unexpectedly sparked widespread comparisons to Star Wars characters, most notably Darth Maul. The resemblance has led to a flurry of humorous fan comments and memes across social media platforms.

Despite some critiques that the demon's design on the bucket appears more cheesy than terrifying, the novelty item is anticipated to be a sought-after collectible. It is set to debut in conjunction with the film's release, which is scheduled for August 21st, 2026. This timing makes it an ideal accessory for the upcoming Halloween season, adding an extra layer of thematic relevance for fans of the Insidious franchise.

The new film, Insidious: Out Of The Further, introduces a plot where a woman can enter and extract demons from 'The Further.' This premise suggests that the Lipstick-Face Demon might appear in real-world scenarios within the movie, potentially increasing its terrifying impact on screen. The author expresses optimism for this new installment's potential to revitalize the franchise.
