Influencer Stacey Warnecke Dies After Childbirth, Leaving Newborn Son

In a heartbreaking turn of events, Melbourne-based influencer Stacey Warnecke tragically passed away on September 29, 2025, shortly after giving birth to her first child, son Axel. Stacey's husband, Nathan Warnecke, shared the devastating news on Instagram, describing his wife as his "soul mate and best friend."

According to Nathan, Stacey, a nutritionist and content creator behind the recipe website Natural Spoonfuls, delivered Axel at home before an "unforeseen and extremely rare complication arose." Despite the best efforts of hospital staff, Stacey could not be saved and passed away after being transferred to the hospital.

In his emotional tribute, Nathan reflected on his nine-year relationship with Stacey, calling her the "light of [his] life" and the reason he got up every morning. He praised her as the "most beautiful, loving, caring, hardworking, disciplined, intelligent and trustworthy human being" he had ever known, stating that she made him the man he is today.

Nathan also shared that Stacey's lifelong dream was to become a mother, and she cherished every moment of her pregnancy, telling their son she loved him daily. He found solace in knowing that her final moments were the happiest he had ever seen her.
