Indie Duo Magdalena Bay Wraps Up Prolific Singles Run with "Nice Day"

As of November 14th, 2025, indie pop duo Magdalena Bay has wrapped up their recent spate of new single releases with two final tracks: "This Is the World (I Made It for You)" and "Nice Day." These songs complete the band's run of eight singles that they have shared over the past two months.
The duo, comprised of Mica Tenenbaum and Matthew Lewin, kicked off their singles series in late September with "Second Sleep" and "Star Eyes." They followed that up in mid-October with "Human Happens" and "Paint Me a Picture," and then released "Unoriginal" and "Black-Eyed Susan Climb" on Halloween. All eight of these new songs are now being collected in a box set called "Nice Day: A Collection of Singles," which fans can purchase on 7" vinyl.
Regarding the latest pair of tracks, Tenenbaum and Lewin stated, "This is the final pair. (We made it for you.) Thank you for listening to these songs; it's been a nice day to tangle with you." The new singles come on the heels of Magdalena Bay's previous album, Imaginal Disk, and the duo remains on tour in support of that release.
