Iconic Novel The Outsiders Reimagined as Groundbreaking Broadway Musical

As the North American tour of the acclaimed musical adaptation of The Outsiders launches, Angelina Jolie, who co-produced the Tony Award-winning show, reflects on the global impact of the production. The Outsiders, which opened on Broadway in April 2024 to rave reviews, is now in its second year at the Bernard B. Jacobs Theatre in New York City. The musical, which won four Tony Awards, including Best Musical, is set to embark on a North American tour starting on October 8, 2025, with the first stop in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where the original novel by S.E. Hinton was set.
