Ice Spice Apologizes After Summer Jam No-Show

Ice Spice has broken her silence following her unexplained absence from Hot 97's Summer Jam on Saturday, July 25, 2026. The Bronx rapper issued an apology to fans who were left disappointed after anticipating her performance. She explained that contractual issues prevented her from appearing, despite her being featured prominently in promotional materials for weeks as a headlining act.

Ice Spice stated that the contract was not finalized, which ultimately led to her inability to perform. This news comes after Cash Cobain also failed to perform, and the show concluded late without any explanation, further exacerbating fan disappointment. The rapper expressed her regret and vowed to find a way to compensate her fans for the missed performance.
