A shocking incident unfolded in Hyderabad's Kukatpally area on Monday morning when Anand Kumar, a 64-year-old retired Assistant Sub-Inspector, died suddenly. He experienced a fatal heart attack while engrossed in watching the recently released movie 'Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu' at the Arjun cinema hall. The screening was only a short time underway when fellow audience members noticed Anand Kumar was unresponsive.
Concerned patrons alerted the cinema hall management, who in turn contacted the police. Authorities arrived at the scene and confirmed the man's passing. The deceased, identified as Anand Kumar, was a resident of Kondapur and had a distinguished career in the police force, retiring as an ASI after serving in the Telangana Special Police.
The KPHB police have registered a case under section 194 of the BNSS, based on a complaint filed by the victim's brother. The body has been moved for post-mortem examination to determine the exact cause of death, though a heart attack is strongly suspected. This tragic event highlights the unpredictable nature of health emergencies.
