Summary
- Merchandise suggests Hulk will revert to his original 'Savage' form.
- Mark Ruffalo's Hulk and Jon Bernthal's Punisher will appear.
- The film is scheduled for release on July 31st, 2026.
Upcoming movie "Spider-Man: Brand New Day" is poised to bring back a classic version of the Hulk. Merchandise recently released by Hasbro, including a "Savage Hulk Talk'n Electronic Mask," strongly indicates that fans will witness Mark Ruffalo's character revert to his original, uncontrolled "Savage" Hulk persona. This marks a significant shift from his more controlled Smart Hulk and inhibitor-device-assisted forms seen in "Avengers: Endgame" and "She-Hulk: Attorney At Law."
The film's trailer already confirmed the appearances of both The Hulk and Jon Bernthal's Punisher, though Hulk's transformation was not shown. Set photos and now this merchandise fuel fan theories that the "Savage" Hulk will indeed be a key feature. This potential return to form for the OG Avenger, known for his destructive power and loss of control, significantly raises the stakes for the blockbuster.
"Spider-Man: Brand New Day" is scheduled to premiere in theaters on July 31st, 2026. While Marvel's strict security measures mean many details remain under wraps, the hints from merchandise suggest a thrilling and potentially chaotic addition to the MCU's 2026 movie release list.
