Their production credits include Little Peggy March's uplifting "I Will Follow Him" and the enduring disco classic "The Hustle" by Van McCoy & the Soul City Symphony. They also produced many of Sam Cooke's most memorable tracks, including the powerful Civil Rights anthem "A Change Is Gonna Come."
Their careers spanned various labels and ventures, including Roulette Records and RCA Victor, where they worked with artists like Perry Como and Della Reese. They also formed their own labels, Avco Records and H&L Records, and even ventured into Broadway with the musical "Maggie Flynn." Both Peretti and Creatore, born in New York City, passed away in 1986 and 2015, respectively, leaving behind a rich musical legacy.
