Currently, Jackman is also seeking a buyer for his lavish Manhattan apartment. The five-bedroom property was listed for around USD 40 million in March, following his divorce finalization. This listing comes after previous attempts to sell the home, which was once listed for an estimated USD 54.2 million in June 2022.

The three-story residence, located in a building designed by Richard Meier on Perry Street, spans approximately 11,000 square feet. It boasts a double-height living room with extensive city views and expansive entertaining spaces across its floors. The property was originally purchased by Jackman and his former wife for approximately USD 33 million in 2008. Interestingly, the current listing does not mention them as former owners, and viewing opportunities are limited, though property records indicate it's still registered to their limited liability company.
