Dragon War Ignites: Season 3 Drops June 21!

The highly anticipated third season of 'House Of The Dragon' is set to premiere on June 21, 2026. Fans have been awaiting its release for nearly two years, with excitement building across social media platforms. This season will immerse viewers in the heart of Westeros, focusing on the escalating Targaryen civil war, a central theme drawn directly from George R.R. Martin's 'Fire and Blood' novels.

Viewers can expect to witness some of the most pivotal and action-packed events from the book series. The first episode will reportedly showcase the colossal naval Battle of Gullet. Furthermore, the season will intensify the conflict between Queen Rhaenyra Targaryen and Queen Alicent Hightower as they vie for control of the Iron Throne. Other significant historical events to be depicted include the Butcher's Ball and the First Battle of Tumbleton.

Many familiar faces are returning to reprise their roles. Emma D'Arcy as Rhaenyra Targaryen and Olivia Cooke as Alicent Hightower will lead the cast.
