A new Hallmark drama, "Home to Harmony," follows widowed pastor Sam Gardner as he leaves his Brooklyn life to lead a congregation in his hometown of Harmony, Indiana. This project, based on Philip Gulley's novels, reunites the producing team behind "When Calls the Heart."
Upon returning, Sam's life takes an unexpected turn when he runs into his first love, Deena, whom he hasn't seen in 18 years. He finds himself wrestling with past decisions and confronting his feelings while trying to reconnect with her.
Sam also faces the challenge of leading a unique congregation and supporting his teenage children, Lilly and Eli, who are grieving. He openly questions his faith, admitting that his sermons haven't felt true, finding solace in embracing brokenness rather than seeking an absence of doubt.
The series, set in the present day, explores themes of faith, love, and second chances. "Home to Harmony" debuts on the Angel streaming app on November 18th.
