Hina Khan Slams Shilpa Shinde Over False Allegations

Television actress Hina Khan has voiced strong disapproval regarding Shilpa Shinde's recent confession about filing false allegations against a producer. Khan took to social media to express her views, stating she typically avoids commenting on others' affairs but felt compelled to speak out on this sensitive societal issue.

Khan condemned the act of using sexual accusations to damage someone's image and seek personal advantage, calling it shameful. She highlighted the plight of the producer, described as a hardworking family man with a wife and daughter, who allegedly suffered due to baseless claims. Khan pointed out the irony of the producer subsequently giving the same show to the very person who falsely accused him.

The controversy ignited after Shilpa Shinde admitted on a podcast that she had falsely accused producer Sanjay Kohli of Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain! in 2016. This revelation led to significant public criticism and demands for legal action against Shinde. She later defended her admission, stating she did not regret speaking her truth and felt she did the right thing by confessing.

Notably, both Hina Khan and Shilpa Shinde were contestants on Bigg Boss season 11 in 2017, where their relationship was often strained. Shinde emerged as the winner, while Khan was the first runner-up.
