According to the latest data, the hit drama "High Potential" is currently the fall's No. 1 entertainment series in broadcast primetime among total viewers in live+7 day viewing. This marks the first time a 10 p.m. drama has topped the entertainment rankings since the 1999-2000 season, when NBC's "ER" last accomplished that feat.
Heading into the show's fall finale on Oct. 28, "High Potential" is exhibiting solid growth versus last fall, up 29% with total viewers (7.62 million vs. 5.91 million in 2024) after four episodes. This represents the largest year-to-year improvement of any broadcast drama this season.
In multiplatform ratings, the Oct. 7 episode of "High Potential" experienced a season high in total viewers (12.5 million) and with adults 18-49 (2.31 rating). The episode's linear rating (8.09 million viewers, 0.71 rating with adults 18-49) also made it the night's No. 1 show and gave it a season high in the traditional Nielsen measurement.
