Hiba Nawab's Lovable Chudail: A New Comedy Era

Actress Hiba Nawab makes her anticipated return to television after nearly a year with 'Chudail Chali Sasural.' This new series is a light-hearted fantasy comedy, drawing inspiration from the classic 1990s sitcom 'Bewitched.' Nawab emphasizes that the show, while inspired by the original, carves out its own narrative identity.

Distinguishing her character, Nawab describes her witch as "lovable," a departure from the frightening portrayals often seen. This role also signifies her return to the comedy genre, a space she admits to missing after her recent work in family dramas like 'Jhanak.' Initially feeling a bit rusty, Nawab found that her comedic timing returned naturally upon returning to the shooting set.

Looking ahead, Nawab remains open to playing traditional witch roles if a compelling script convinces her, prioritizing engaging stories that foster her growth as an actor. On a personal note, she reflects on how age has fostered greater patience and flexibility regarding relationships, shifting from rigid expectations to embracing life's flow and personal growth.
