Picture Tree Intl. has announced a series of early sales for the Swiss film "Hello Betty." The movie, which focuses on the real-life story of Swiss culinary icon Betty Bossi and her creator, has achieved considerable success in its home country.
"Hello Betty" has already garnered approximately 150,000 theatrical admissions in Switzerland, where it was released by Ascot Elite. The film also had its international premiere last month at the Palm Springs Film Festival.
International distribution deals have been finalized for Germany, Austria, Australia, and New Zealand, with a theatrical release planned for the latter half of this year in Germany and Austria. The film is also being made available through in-flight entertainment for numerous airlines.
