As of June 12, 2026, the Bollywood box office is buzzing with four new releases, but it's the horror sequel 'Haunted 3D: Echoes Of The Past' that is currently leading in advance ticket sales. This installment sold an impressive 40,000 tickets, securing ₹71.4 Lakh in pre-sales.
In a surprising development, 'Haunted 3D' outperformed Imtiaz Ali's 'Main Vaapas Aaunga.' The latter, starring Naseeruddin Shah and Diljit Dosanjh, managed to sell only 21,000 tickets, earning ₹61 Lakh through opening-day advance bookings.
Other notable releases, including Kangana Ranaut's 'Bharat Bhhagya Viddhaata' and Manoj Bajpayee's 'Governor: The Silent Saviour,' also performed well. Both films sold over 20,000 tickets, with 'Governor' benefiting from a special retro pricing offer.
While advance sales show 'Haunted 3D: Echoes Of The Past' in the lead, its true box office performance on the opening day remains to be seen.
