Harshad Chopda, known for his boy-next-door image, made a significant revelation during his participation in 'Lock Upp 2'. He admitted to attempting suicide after his ex-girlfriend cheated on him with his best friend. This betrayal led him to lose both individuals simultaneously, causing him significant trust issues.
In a recent interview, Chopda addressed speculation that Sriti Jha was the ex-girlfriend involved, refuting these claims and emphasizing their continued friendship. He chose not to comment on his best friend's involvement. The actor detailed the traumatic experience, including slitting his hand, stemming from the infidelity.
Earlier in the season, Chopda also demonstrated selflessness by sacrificing his place in the finale for Shivangi Joshi, with whom he has developed a close friendship after working together on a previous show.
