The casino, a joint venture between the Estom Yumeka Maidu and the Seminole Tribe of Florida, opened its doors in 2019 and has since become a prominent entertainment destination in Northern California.

The Hard Rock Live venue, specifically, has been lauded for its flexible design and arena-level production capabilities, accommodating approximately 2,500 guests. It was further recognized by Pollstar as the number one club venue in California for both gross and total ticket sales in 2025. This publication also placed Hard Rock Live at ninth worldwide for gross ticket sales among club venues, highlighting its significant impact on the live music industry.
