Emraan Hashmi and Yami Gautam's courtroom drama 'Haq' has been making waves at the box office. In the two days since its release, the film has managed to cross the ₹5 crore mark, showcasing a remarkable growth trajectory.
On the second day, Saturday, November 8, 'Haq' registered an impressive occupancy of 19.35% in theaters. This represents a nearly 90% jump from the opening day's collections of ₹1.75 crore. With Sunday bookings also showing continued strength, the film is now poised to close its opening weekend on a high note.
Exhibitors are confident that 'Haq' will enjoy an extended run, with word-of-mouth expected to drive consistent footfalls well into the coming week. Gautam Dutta, CEO - Revenue & Operations at PVR INOX, expressed his delight, stating, "We are pleased to see the continued enthusiasm for content-driven cinema. It had 100% growth on Saturday and is expecting further growth of 40-45% on Sunday.
