Halle Berry Sells Sunset Strip Villa for $12M

Halle Berry has listed her longtime Los Angeles home for $11.995 million, nearly doubling her 2005 purchase price of just under $6 million.

The Mediterranean-style property, located in the Sunset Strip area, was originally built in 1926 and spans approximately 5,900 square feet on a lot exceeding 25,000 square feet.

The estate features a three-bedroom main house, a separate guesthouse, and an additional studio, bringing the total to five bedrooms and six bathrooms. A dedicated dressing room with a separate entrance is also included.

Outdoor amenities include a swimming pool, spa, fire pit, pizza oven, and a meditation garden, complemented by mature greenery and shaded dining areas.

Berry, known for her Oscar-winning role in 'Monster's Ball' and appearances in films like 'X-Men,' has maintained a consistent presence in film and television.
