Halle Berry recently spent time with her son, Maceo, at a Los Angeles trampoline park, Sky Zone. An eyewitness observed the Oscar-winning actress and her fiancé, Van Hunt, watching Maceo play indoor soccer on Sunday, October 4. Berry maintained a low profile during the outing, declining a fan's selfie request to focus on her son.

The family outing took place during a period of legal tension. Berry's ex-partner, Olivier Martinez, was granted a temporary restraining order against her on October 1. This order dictated that Berry's visitation with Maceo be limited to daytime hours, specifically Mondays and Tuesdays between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m., and Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., leading up to a court hearing scheduled for October 16.

Martinez had alleged that Berry "physically abused our son, Maceo, by jumping on him, putting her hands around his neck, and choking him" during an incident on September 26. However, Berry's attorney, Marina Beck, has vehemently denied these claims, characterizing them as "entirely meritless and deliberately misleading." A judge also declined Martinez's request to prevent Berry from having any contact with Maceo.
