The award-winning actress shared her determination to "not allow myself to be erased," declaring her "menopause mission" will ensure she is "louder than I have ever been."

Berry is actively advocating for women's health, particularly focusing on destigmatizing menopause and addressing common concerns like vaginal dryness, which affects a significant percentage of women. She views this cause as a "formidable" pursuit for her "second act."

Her commitment extends to empowering other women. Berry has launched Respin, a community dedicated to redefining menopause and promoting female longevity. She has previously spoken about facing pushback in her career for discussing menopause, but she asserts her age is a part of her identity and embracing it empowers her.
