Halle Berry Claims Ex Coaching Son for Court

Halle Berry has expressed serious concerns to the court regarding her ex-husband, Olivier Martinez, alleging he is coaching their 13-year-old son, Maceo. In newly filed documents, Berry claims Martinez has been discussing the ongoing custody case and potential testimony with Maceo for weeks. This alleged behavior violates a 2024 court order that prohibits both parents from involving their son in their legal disputes. Berry is requesting a court order compelling Martinez to cease discussing the case with Maceo and stop preparing him to testify. She believes ample evidence, including video footage and eyewitness accounts from her boyfriend, Van Hunt, exists to support her case. Berry argues that forcing Maceo to testify would place undue emotional pressure on him. Martinez had previously asked the court to allow Maceo to testify regarding an alleged incident that led him to seek a restraining order against Berry, which she denies. The former couple is slated to appear in court this Friday.
