Guitarricadelafuente Announces Debut U.S. Tour, Earns Latin Grammy Nod

As of September 30th, 2025, singer-songwriter Guitarricadelafuente is preparing to bring his acclaimed album "Spanish Leather" to American audiences. The artist has announced his first-ever U.S. tour, which will take him to major cities like New York, Washington D.C., Chicago, and California.

This tour holds special significance for Guitarricadelafuente, as a significant portion of "Spanish Leather" was developed in the United States. "A good part of the album was made stateside, so playing there for the first time is going to be very special," he tells Rolling Stone.

Guitarricadelafuente's rise continues, as the visuals for his single "Full Time Papi" have been nominated for a Latin Grammy in the Best Short Form Music Video category. This marks the second time the artist has received a nod in this category, following his previous nomination for the video of "A Carta Cabal."

"It's always been important to me to convey what I want through images. I've always placed great value on this, and being considered for this award feels significant because I see it as a reward for this way of expressing my music, and for the entire team that works around it," Guitarricadelafuente says.

With his U.S. tour and Latin Grammy recognition, the folk-pop artist is poised to further expand his reach and cement his status as a rising star in the Latin music scene.
