Rockstar Ghosted GTA 5 Actor for 60+ GTA 6 Roles

Actor Robert Bogue, who voiced Steve Haines in Grand Theft Auto 5, has shared his significant frustration with Rockstar Games. He revealed that he auditioned for over 60 distinct roles in the upcoming Grand Theft Auto 6 but was ultimately not cast in any. Bogue expressed his dismay at being ignored by the developers, stating he "badly wanted to work on GTA 6" and was disappointed by the lack of any communication regarding his numerous auditions.

Bogue, who has collaborated with Rockstar on previous titles like Red Dead Revolver and Grand Theft Auto: The Ballad of Gay Tony, feels ghosted by the company. He noted that while actors often face rejection, the sheer volume of auditions without any response was particularly disheartening. This situation draws parallels to past actor disputes with Rockstar over pay and perceived unfair treatment, such as Michael Hollick's dissatisfaction with his compensation for Grand Theft Auto 4.
