Greg Jenner: Libraries Are My Natural Habitat

Historian and author Greg Jenner, known for his work on Horrible Histories, will be appearing at Crawley Library soon. This appearance is part of the Go All In festival, an event created for young people with an allocated budget of £30,000 from the National Lottery. Jenner shared his anticipation for the event, describing it as returning to his "natural habitat" and looking forward to interacting with "brilliant young people who are smart and funny and engaged and curious about the world."

The festival aims to encourage library visits and promote diverse ways of engaging with history. West Sussex Library Service is organizing the event, with lead manager Katie Gledhill noting the initiative's focus on activities for a younger demographic. Beyond Jenner's session, attendees can participate in Dungeons and Dragons, Manga workshops, writing activities, and crafting afternoons.
