Chat-show host Graham Norton, aged 62, has provided an update on his health following a full shoulder replacement earlier this year. Norton revealed that he has gained weight as a consequence of the inactivity during his recovery period.
Following several months of dedicated physiotherapy, Norton is now capable of resuming his favorite activity, cycling. He described the healing process as so successful that he is back on his bike. The Irish presenter also noted that his shoulder pain has entirely disappeared, enabling him to swim daily during the summer.
Norton's surgery addressed a long-standing injury from a childhood accident. He recently sold homes in London and New York, describing the moving process as frazzling. Despite the recent upheaval, Norton appears to be in good spirits and healthier than he has felt in years.
