Gordon Ramsay is venturing into scripted television production with a new series in development at Fox Entertainment. This project marks a significant career shift for the renowned chef, moving him from behind the cooking show set to a producing role for scripted content.

Rachel Bilson has been cast to lead the drama, portraying Kathleen Flinn, the author of the 2007 memoir "The Sharper Your Knife, the Less You Cry." The series will adapt Flinn's personal story of leaving a corporate career to pursue culinary arts at Paris's prestigious Le Cordon Bleu.
