He expressed significant regret over his role in the 1997 superhero film Batman & Robin, which garnered a dismal 11% rating.

Clooney also touched upon his experience in the 1983 low-budget horror flick Grizzly II: Revenge, a film shot in Communist Budapest that eventually found a release on Netflix in 2020. Despite its critical reception, he noted that the production itself was a challenging experience. Another film that drew his attention was the 1988 parody, Return of the Killer Tomatoes, which holds a 0% rating on Rotten Tomatoes.

Despite the abysmal score, Clooney expressed a peculiar fondness for Return of the Killer Tomatoes, even referring to it as his most underappreciated work.
