The 40th edition of Lakme Fashion Week, held in partnership with FDCI, recently concluded with a remarkable showcase of debut collections from three promising GenNext designers. This year's GenNext platform, presented by NIF Global, reaffirmed its legacy of discovering and nurturing young talent in the Indian fashion industry.

The GenNext showcase offered a refreshing influx of creativity and innovation, with the three designers transforming heritage, sentiment, and craftsmanship into modern narratives. Their collections celebrated feminine strength, blended minimalism with traditional Indian elements, and delivered bold, vibrant displays inspired by cultural narratives and handwoven textiles.

Over the past two decades, the GenNext platform has played a pivotal role in shaping the journeys of some of India's most acclaimed designers, including Rahul Mishra, Masaba Gupta, and Kunal Rawal.
