The new mom has wasted no time in getting back into her post-pregnancy workout routine, sharing a video of her first day back at the gym.

In the clip, Gauahar is seen performing bicep curls and other strength training exercises, dressed in a striped sleeveless top and black leggings. She captioned the video, "Be Your Own Champion: Day 1 in the gym, almost two months postpartum," also tagging her husband, Zaid Darbar, whose latest song has become her gym anthem.

Gauahar's impressive fitness journey doesn't stop there. The actress recently shared a striking new picture from her appearance on Bigg Boss season 19, highlighting that she was back on set just 25 days after giving birth to her second child. Gauahar was invited to the show to provide contestants with a much-needed reality check and support her brother-in-law, Awez Darbar, who unfortunately got evicted the very next day.

Gauahar's ability to balance her personal and professional commitments with such grace is truly inspiring. She and her husband, social media influencer Zaid Darbar, welcomed their second child together in September 2025, adding to their family that already includes their 3-year-old son, Zehaan, born in May 2023.
