Peter Claffey stars as Ser Duncan the Tall, a well-meaning but unpolished hedge knight. He is joined by Dexter Sol Ansell as Egg, a young boy who secretly harbors the Targaryen royal lineage, being Prince Aegon Targaryen. Their dynamic forms the core of this adventure, set against the backdrop of the Ashford Tourney.
This prequel unfolds 72 years after 'House of the Dragon' and a full century before 'Game of Thrones,' weaving a narrative that connects significant Targaryen history. Adapting 'The Hedge Knight,' the season blends tourney action and familial conflict, promising a captivating start for fans.
