7 Nov
Summary
- Stranger Things and Fortnite to collaborate again in November 2025
- New Upside Down map and Stranger Things-themed cosmetics coming
- Crossover timed with Stranger Things' final season premiere

On November 7, 2025, Epic Games and Netflix officially announced the return of the Stranger Things crossover to Fortnite, set to launch on November 24, 2025, just before the premiere of the popular series' fifth and final season. This marks the second collaboration between the two franchises, and it promises to be even bigger than the first, with more content and themed cosmetics.
The main highlight of the crossover is the new Upside Down map designed specifically for Fortnite's Blitz mode. The map, which was recently teased on social media, showcases the dark, corrupted version of Hawkins, with the Mind Flayer looming overhead. Fans can expect this map to introduce exclusive weapons and potentially special boons and medallions to elevate the overall gameplay experience.
Beyond the map, the crossover will also bring a variety of Stranger Things-inspired cosmetics, including an Eddie Munson-themed Peely skin. Fans are also anticipating the arrival of playable outfits for The Party members, such as Mike Wheeler, Will Byers, Dustin Henderson, and Lucas Sinclair, as well as the antagonist Vecna and fan-favorite character Steve Harrington.

The collaboration will extend beyond just character skins, with the developers likely introducing complete cosmetic bundles featuring emotes, back bling, pickaxes, and other accessories. Additionally, the original Stranger Things skins, including the Demogorgon and Chief Hopper, may make a return as part of the crossover.
