- The Digger collab features in The Pit and Winter Rockets vs Cars maps.
- Players can earn coins by interacting with the Digger movie shovels.
Fortnite has launched an unexpected collaboration with Tom Cruise's upcoming movie, Digger. This integration introduces elements from the film into two User-Generated Content (UGC) maps, The Pit and Winter Rockets vs Cars. Players will discover shovel props from the Digger movie within these virtual environments.
In The Pit, players can shoot the Digger-branded shovels embedded in dirt piles to generate coins. These coins serve as an in-game currency for acquiring weapons and items. Similarly, Winter Rockets vs Cars features the Digger shovels, allowing players to collect coins by interacting with them.
The movie Digger, directed by Alejandro G. Iñárritu, is scheduled for a theatrical release on October 2, 2026. Despite player requests for a Tom Cruise skin, the collaboration focuses on in-map integrations rather than character outfits, aligning with the movie's existing promotional strategy.
