Co-written by Meredith Alloway and Lily Houghton, the feature directorial debut of Alloway delves into the lives of four retail employees. The ringleader, Apple, played by Lili Reinhart, leads her fellow members, Cherry and Fig, in a secret sisterhood based in the mall's basement.
Their world shifts with the arrival of Pumpkin, a new recruit played by Lola Tung. As Pumpkin is initiated into their rituals, she begins to uncover secrets held by Fig and Cherry, creating tension within the group. The film is also produced by Oscar winner Diablo Cody.
